Ingredients:

For the Soup:
- 4 cups of fresh corn kernels or chopped corn on the cob(about 6 ears of corn)
- 1 cup of diced pumpkin or can of puree pumpkin
- 1 cup of diced carrots
- 1 cup of diced potatoes
- 1 cup of chopped celery
- 1 cup of diced sweet potatoes
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 2 sprigs of fresh thyme
- 1 Tsp - 1 Tbsp Auntie NeeNee's Pepper Sauce (adjust to your preferred spice level)
- 8 cups of vegetable or chicken broth
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Soup:
